# Simafri client area

[my.simafri.com](https://my.simafri.com/) is your Simafri client area. One account brings together:

* your services: Serenity sites, Simafri Suite, VPS, web hosting and domain names;
* your proformas, invoices and credit notes, which you pay online;
* the people on your team, each with their own role;
* your conversations with our team.

The client area works in 23 languages, from a computer, a tablet or a phone.

## The sections of your space

The side menu groups your **Services**, then your **Account**. A service section appears as soon as your account has the matching service.

## The overview

After signing in, you land on the **Overview**, or straight on the page you wanted to open. It shows your company name, then one card per section of your account, each with its **Open** link.

Further down, the **Our services** block presents the offer families you can add to your account: one click on **See the offer**, and you get started from your space.

A brand-new account shows **Your space is ready**: your services appear there as soon as they are up and running.

## Who sees what

Each person on your account has a role, which decides the sections they see:

| Role         | What it opens                                                                        |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Owner**    | the whole space, including billing, members, domains and Simafri Suite               |
| **Manager**  | services and support; they add the SSH keys of the VPS and get the hosting passwords |
| **Operator** | services and support, to view                                                        |
| **Employee** | their profile and their Simafri Suite mailbox                                        |
