Your profile

My profile brings together what concerns you personally: your name, your sign-in, your preferences and the security of your access. Every person on the account has their own, employees included, and sets it themselves.

After your changes, click Save changes.

Changing your sign-in email address

  1. In Account, replace the address in the Email field.
  2. Enter your Current password, which confirms the change.
  3. Click Save changes.

The change applies right away: you then sign in with the new address. The address that receives the account's invoices is a separate one: it is the Billing email in the company details.

Changing your password

  1. In Account, enter the New password, then confirm it.
  2. Enter your Current password.
  3. Click Save changes.

Leave these fields empty to keep your password. The new one has at least 12 characters (the rules), and it ends the sessions open on your other devices.

Choosing the language of your space

In Preferences, the Language field offers the 23 languages of the client area:

Български, Čeština, Dansk, Deutsch, Eesti, Ελληνικά, English, Español, Français, Hrvatski, Italiano, Latviešu, Lëtzebuergesch, Lietuvių, Magyar, Nederlands, Polski, Português, Română, Slovenčina, Slovenščina, Suomi, Svenska.

The chosen language applies to your whole space as soon as you save, and to the personal emails we send you, such as the forgotten-password one.

Choosing your time zone

The Time zone sets the time of the dates shown in your space. It is suggested from your browser on your first visit, and you can change it here at any time.

Two-factor authentication

The Two-factor authentication card, below the form, protects your access with a code from your phone. It shows whether the protection is on, since when, and how many backup codes you have left. Its How it works link opens the Two-factor authentication guide.
