# The Serenity dashboard

The **Serenity** section of your client area shows your site's dashboard: who visits it, what its visitors do, the messages they send you and the state of your online presence. It covers the period **Last 30 days**. An account with several sites brings them together in the same dashboard.

## Contacts

The **Contacts** block counts the actions by which a visitor gets in touch with you, for each channel present on your site:

* the **Contact requests** sent through the form;
* clicks on **Call**;
* clicks through to **WhatsApp**;
* clicks on **Directions**;
* clicks on your **email** address.

## Messages

The **Messages** block shows the latest messages sent through your site's form, with the number of unread messages. Each message shows its sender and its first lines.

## Online presence

For each site, the **Online presence** block shows:

* its status: **Active**, or **Suspended**;
* **AI readability**: when it shows **Enabled**, your pages are structured so that artificial intelligence assistants and search engines describe your business correctly;
* your **Email redirections**: the addresses on your domain whose mail is forwarded to another mailbox.

## Growing your site

A change, new content, one more page: you request everything from support, as the [Serenity documentation](https://docs.simafri.com/en/serenity/votre-site/) explains.
