The control panel
Your hosting is managed from its DirectAdmin panel. It opens in your browser, on a computer as on a tablet, at your server's address, for example https://web1.simafri.cloud.
Signing in
- Open the Control panel address shown in your client area, Web hosting section.
- Enter your Login, shown in the same place.
- Enter your password, obtained from your hosting's card (see Getting started).
Changing your password
In your hosting's card, click New password, then confirm. The new password is shown only once, and it works within a minute; the old one then stops working. It is also how you regain access after forgetting it.
The panel's sections
The panel's menu groups its sections into four families: Account Manager for domains, files, databases and DNS, E-mail Manager for mail, System Info & Files and Advanced Features. This guide names each section as the panel shows it in English.

The search field at the top of the panel finds a section by its name.
Your main domain and your other domains
The panel opens on your main domain, the one from your order. When your account holds several domains, the domain selector at the top of the panel chooses the one you are working on.
To host one more domain on your account, within the limit of your plan, write to support: our team adds it, with its DNS zone, its folder and its HTTPS certificate. Subdomains, for their part, are created freely from Subdomain Management.

- Installing an application: WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla or Drupal, for example. Write to support naming the application and the domain: our team installs it on your hosting.
- Transferring an existing site: your files, your databases and your email addresses, from your current hosting.
- Adding a PHP version your application needs.
Frequently asked questions
The panel does not accept my password.
Request a New password in your hosting's card, wait a minute, then sign in again with the Login shown in the same card: it is your account login, not your email address.
Can I use the panel from my phone?
Yes: the panel adapts to phone and tablet screens.
