# Your servers Your hosting lives on a server, whose name appears in the address of your **Control panel**, in your client area: `web1.simafri.cloud` for example. They are located in France, in the European Union, and backed up every night off the machine (see [Backups and security](/en/hebergement-web/sauvegardes.md)). ## The certificate of each service The panel, the webmail, the mail and FTP present the certificate for your server's name, for example `web1.simafri.cloud`. So enter this name in your programs: the connection is encrypted and recognised without any warning. Updated on October 11, 2026.
