How does the Simafri service work?
Your plan is a managed service: you have nothing technical to do yourself. Simafri builds your website, hosts it, secures it and maintains it. When you want a change or have a question, you send it to Simafri, who takes care of it. You stay in control of what your website says; Simafri handles the technical side.
What does my subscription include?
Your subscription brings together, in a single plan, everything you need to be present online:
- the creation of your website and its hosting;
- security (encrypted HTTPS connection) and technical maintenance;
- email addresses linked to your domain name;
- your domain name, included and managed for you;
- one content update per month.
The exact details of your plan (number of pages, term, price) are shown on your quote or in your account. For any clarification, your Simafri support is there to help.
How do I send a request to Simafri?
Send your requests (a change, new content, a question) to your Simafri support channel. Describe exactly what you want and attach your files in the same place: everything stays attached to your account and nothing gets lost. It is the fastest and most reliable way to be handled.
How long does my request take?
Timelines depend on the nature of the request. Simple changes are handled quickly once your materials are received; a larger request is planned with you. For a specific deadline, mention it in your request and Simafri support will confirm what is feasible.
Who owns my website and my domain?
You do. Your domain name is registered in your name, and your website content belongs to you. Simafri provides the creation, hosting and maintenance as part of your subscription.
