Your domain name is your website's address (for example yourbusiness.com). With Simafri, it is included and managed for you.

Is my domain name included?​

Yes. Your domain name is included in your subscription and managed by Simafri. You have no technical steps to take for it to work with your website and your email.

Who owns my domain?​

You do. Your domain name is registered in your name. Simafri handles the technical management as part of your subscription, but it remains yours.

How is it renewed?​

Your domain renewal is covered by your subscription. You have nothing to track and nothing to pay separately to keep it active.

Can I use a domain I already own?​

Yes. If you already have a domain name, Simafri can use it for your website and your email. Tell your Simafri support, who will arrange the setup without interrupting what already works.

Can I have a specific extension (.com, .mg, etc.)?​

Several extensions are possible, depending on the availability of the name. Tell your Simafri support your preference during setup, or for a later change.
