Your plan includes email addresses at your domain name, designed to give a professional image without changing any of your habits.

Which email addresses are included?

Your subscription includes several addresses such as you@yourdomain, set up as redirections. Messages received at these addresses arrive automatically in the inbox you already use.

What is an email redirection?

A redirection automatically forwards messages received at an address on your domain to an existing mailbox (for example your personal address). You keep reading your email where you are used to, whatever your email provider. There is no new mailbox to check and no extra password to remember.

How do I set up or change a redirection?

Tell your Simafri support channel the address you want (for example contact@yourdomain) and the destination mailbox. Simafri sets it up for you. To change the destination or add an address, send the same request to support.

Can I send email from my professional address?

Yes, as an option. You can send from you@yourdomain while staying on your usual email (Gmail or Outlook). Setup is done with the help of your Simafri support, who guides you step by step. This option is in addition to the included redirections.

Does Simafri host a full mailbox?

As part of your plan, email is based on redirections (and professional sending as an option), which keeps you on your usual inbox with no storage to manage on your side. If you need a full hosted mailbox with dedicated storage, that is a separate Simafri service: ask your support, who will point you in the right direction.
