Send your request to your Simafri support, describing exactly what you want changed: the page concerned, the exact text and any image. See also Your website.
How long does a change take?
Simple changes are handled quickly once your materials are received. A larger request is planned with you. Mention any important deadline in your request.
Which payment methods does Simafri accept?
You pay for your subscription by bank card or with PayPal. See Billing and payment.
Do I own my website and my domain name?
Yes. Your domain name is registered in your name and your website content belongs to you. Simafri provides the creation, hosting and maintenance.
Does Simafri create my logo?
No. Simafri integrates the logo you provide but does not create it. Send the visual you have to your support.
Does my website work on mobile?
Yes. Websites built by Simafri automatically adapt to phones, tablets and computers, and are served over a secure connection (HTTPS).
How do I add an email address or a redirection?
Tell your Simafri support the address you want and its destination, and they set it up for you. See Your email.
Can I add pages or another language to my website?
Yes, in addition to your plan. Describe what you need to your Simafri support, who will explain the details.
How do I update my contact details (phone, address, opening hours)?
Send your new information to your Simafri support, specifying the page concerned; it is updated as part of your monthly update.
