Simafri builds and maintains your website. You stay in control of the content: you send your text, your photos and your logo, and Simafri publishes them.
How do I request a change to my website?
Send your request to your Simafri support channel, describing exactly what you want changed: the page concerned, the exact text to use, and the image to add or replace. The more precise your request, the faster and more accurately it is handled the first time.
What does the monthly update include?
Your subscription includes one content update per month: text changes, image replacements and routine adjustments to your site. A larger change (redesigning a page, adding features) is also possible; it is scoped with you by Simafri support.
How do I send my text, photos and logo?
Send your text as text (not only as an image of text), your images in good resolution, and your logo in the best quality you have. Upload everything to your support channel so Simafri can integrate it directly.
Please note: Simafri does not create logos. If you don't have one yet, send the visual you do have; your Simafri contact will tell you how to proceed.
Does my website work on mobile?
Yes. Websites built by Simafri automatically adapt to phones, tablets and computers.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Your site is served over HTTPS (an encrypted connection, the padlock in the browser), and Simafri handles technical updates and security as part of your subscription. You have nothing to manage on that side.
Can I add pages to my website?
Yes. Adding pages is possible in addition to your plan. Tell your Simafri support what you need, and they will explain the details.
