Simafri creates and maintains your website. You stay in charge of the content: you send your texts, your photos and your logo, and Simafri puts them online.

How do I request a change to my website?​

Send your request to your Simafri support channel, describing precisely the change you want: the page concerned, the exact text to use, and the image to add or replace. The more precise your request, the faster and the more accurately it is handled first time.

What does the monthly update include?​

Your subscription includes one content update per month: changing texts, replacing images, everyday adjustments to your website. A larger evolution (redesigning a page, adding features) is possible; it is scoped with you by Simafri support.

Send your texts as text (not only as an image of text), your images in good resolution, and your logo in the best quality you have. Drop everything on your support channel so that Simafri can integrate it directly. If you do not have a logo yet, tell your Simafri contact, who will explain how to proceed.

Where do my visitors' requests arrive?​

In your client area my.simafri.com. Messages sent through the form on your website are listed there, along with the number of unread messages.

How do I know whether my website is visited?​

Your client area shows the statistics for the last 30 days: page views, contact requests, clicks on "Call", WhatsApp, "Directions" and email, as well as where your visitors come from, their countries, their devices and your most viewed pages.

Does my website work on mobile?​

Yes. Websites built by Simafri adapt automatically to phones, tablets and computers.

Is my website secure?​

Yes. Your website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection, the padlock in the browser), and Simafri handles technical updates and security as part of your subscription. There is nothing for you to manage on that side.

Is my website readable by artificial intelligence?​

Your pages are structured and enriched with the official information about your business, so that search engines and artificial intelligence assistants alike describe it correctly. The state of this structuring is shown in your client area.

Can I add pages to my website?​

Yes. Adding pages is available in addition to your offer. Tell your Simafri support what you need, and they will explain the terms.
