# Storage and billing

## One plan, per account

What you buy is a **reserve of gigabytes for the account**, shared by all your mailboxes. Users are unlimited: opening one more address costs nothing and is counted nowhere.

The plans and their prices are on the [Simafri Suite page](https://www.simafri.com/en/suite/), paid yearly or monthly, with no minimum term and the same price at renewal.

## What fills the plan

One gauge answers everywhere, in the suite's rail as in the properties of the drive mounted on your computer. It adds up:

* the **messages** in all your mailboxes and their **attachments**;
* the **files** on all your drives, including whatever waits in the trash;
* your **calendars** and **address books**.

## Moving up a plan

From [my.simafri.com](https://my.simafri.com/), **Simafri Suite** section, choose the plan you want. Blocks of **50 GB** can be added on top of any plan, as many times as needed.

Two things worth knowing, and they make life simpler:

* **You have a single renewal date.** An addition during the year lines up with your existing date, and you pay only the remaining fraction of it. The screen shows you the estimated amount before you confirm.
* **The room arrives at once**, for all your mailboxes together, as soon as the payment goes through.

To move down a plan, write to <support@simafri.com>: the change takes effect at renewal.

## When the reserve fills up

A banner warns you before the plan is reached, and **your mail keeps arriving** in every case. Nothing is deleted.

To free up room, empty the trash of your drives and of your mailboxes: what waits there takes room in the plan until it is deleted for good.

## Your invoices

They are in your client area, **Billing** section: your pending proformas, your invoices and your credit notes, each downloadable as a PDF. **View and pay** opens online payment, by **card**, **PayPal** or **bank transfer**, depending on what is offered for your country.

Your mail stays in place throughout the handling of a pending invoice, and reading and downloading everything you have stays open. Payment restores sending immediately, with nothing for you to ask for.

## What belongs to you

Your domain name, your addresses, your mail and your files are yours. A mailbox can be taken out over IMAP at any time, with an application password and the tool of your choice: see [Moving a mailbox in](/en/suite/reprise-de-messagerie.md), last section.
